Mobile Release Notes 5.7

Introduction

This document contains detail of the content delivered in the version 5.7 release of Civica Scheduling Mobile App.

These release notes contain details of internal Civica-, and external customer-raised items released in this version of Civica Scheduling. The changes made since the last release are provided including resolved problems (i.e., Production Defects) and new areas of functionality (Features).

Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this document is to inform of all new content available in this release, as well as to provide users with any additional guidance required for the appropriate setup of the system, based on the changes included in the release. The audience of this document is intended to be appropriately trained user groups.

Description

Fixed an Issue Where any Type of Item can get Stuck at the "Sending" Status if the User Backgrounds the App Mid-Sync.

Acuity Score Not Visible after Completing Survey on Completed Visits List Unless User Pulls to Refresh

Indicator of Submitted Survey and Staff Member Who Completed with Survey Count Lost after Submission Sync Complete Unless User Pulls to Refresh

Coalescing of Background Sync Subscriptions So Login Can "Hook into" An In-Progress Sync, Meaning User Will No Longer See the "Can't Login Because Background Sync Is in Progress" Warning

Full Data Sync Is Forced to Protect Against Missing Data Due to Timestamp Being Used Overlooking Potential Window Between Server Receiving Request for Data and App Receiving It.

Fix in Preference Given to Local Vs Remote Data When Reconciling Events and Clients That Was Leading to Some Client and Event Info Not Updating Once Received on the Device

Add Improvements for App Sluggishness and Poor Page Load Time of Dashboard Page When User Has Large Volume of Visits.

Fixed Issues with Our Sentry Logging That Were Preventing Native Crash Exceptions from Being Logged (Previously We Were Getting In-App Web Exceptions Only).
