2.1.2 Release Notes

Introduction

This document contains detail of the content delivered in the version 2.1.2 release of Civica Scheduling. The version was released 04/02/25

These release notes contain details of internal Civica-, and external customer-raised items released in this version of Civica Scheduling. The changes made since the last release are provided including resolved problems (i.e., Production Defects) and new areas of functionality (Features).

Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this document is to inform of all new content available in this release, as well as to provide users with any additional guidance required for the appropriate setup of the system, based on the changes included in the release. The audience of this document is intended to be appropriately trained user groups.

New Features

The following new functionality is delivered in the version 2.1.2 release.

622905	In the Group edit page in Settings tab, the assigned users menu now shows the count of (active users in that group)/(active users in the account).
623914	When bulk moving visits, users no longer need to [RE5] [JP6] select a future date.
622953	Users no longer need to [RE7] update and reassign every visit for all future dates when editing a patient’s repeating event.
623771	Removed messages section from a site's detail page
624536	Improve Wording when a repeating event has been expired
620404	The system now retains historical address on an updated client profile site

Fixed Problems

The following issues have been resolved in the version 2.1.2 release.

625881	Events in the logs is displaying the checkout time of an event but the user who allocated the event - the timestamp is correct
