The release for Civica Scheduling 2.1.1 was deployed to production on 09/12/2024 and includes the following:
System Improvements
- In Xycare added a new column to the table that displays the reason for failure next to the cross icon. This helps users identify and resolve issues more easily.
- Ensured that the writeback to EPR via Xycare specifies the actual check-in time instead of defaulting to 00:00 hours.
- Removed the "Advanced Incompatibilities" setting from the admin panel as it is no longer used.
Disabled this setting for all customer accounts where it was active. - Added a new checkbox under the Settings → Group tab with the text "Prevent staff being unallocated when manually editing visits."
Included a note next to the checkbox: "Note: This may cause warnings to appear which will require review." - Removed the tabs for "Add One-Off Visit," leaving only the purple button as an option on this page.
- When a user selects "Add Visits," the page that loads will no longer display a tab for "Add Repeating Event."
- In the compact view, when moving a visit to another date/time, a reason must be provided. Updated the text to state: "Reason for movement."
- A notification will now alert users when attempting to send a message to a recipient with no availability. This ensures that messages are not sent to users who are unavailable and will not read them. (WALES)
Bug Fix
- Removed the items array from the event in both V1 and V2 API Swagger documentation.
- Resolved an issue in Xycare where patients with middle names were not being imported correctly.
- Resolved an issue where uploading supported file types (PNG, JPG, JPEG) to the patient profile did not work.
- Corrected the Taxonomy lookup for legacy objects that do not have an account ID stored.
- Resolved an issue where a nil value for duration caused an error on the Day View.
- The dashboard tile now accurately reflects the total number of licenses used out of the total available, as shown on the settings page. The user count in this tile will always display the total number of users and total licenses, regardless of group filters. Previously, the total user count changed based on the selected group filter.
- Resolved an issue where Taxonomy data was not being included in custom reports. (WALES)
- Updated the footer text on PDF reports from "Generated by Civica Scheduling Scheduling Software" to "Generated by Civica Scheduling Software".
- Resolved an issue where archiving a client would incorrectly archive the site if there were exactly 2 active clients. This issue did not occur when there were 3 or more clients for the site.
- Addressed an issue in the patient week planner where hovering over a warning symbol in a visit tile caused the warning message box to appear in the top left corner, making it illegible. The warning message box now displays correctly.
- Fixed an issue in the Day View where incompatibility errors were listed twice when hovering over the "i" icon in the specific event tab. Now, the incompatibility message is shown only once, consistent with the compact view. This change also applies to the week view.
- Addressed an issue in the site listing (with multi-client events enabled) where the user information was not displayed when a site was archived. The archive time was shown, but due to missing code, the user who archived the site was not displayed, even though the data was being stored. This fix ensures that the correct user information is now displayed when a site is archived.
