The latest release for Civica Scheduling 1.8.23 was deployed to production of 12/08/2024 and includes the following:
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with the 'NHS number not issued' message displaying incorrectly.
- Fixed an issue with the custom 'booking' report not containing all events
- Fixed an issue where routing settings couldn't be updated when there are Autoscheduler errors on the account
Improvements:
- Improved the cache of the weekly planner
- Alert to bar chart added to the weekly planner
- Alert added when breaking the 'maximum per shift' rule
- Added validation on postcodes to contain Alphanumeric values or space in it
- Removed the delete event and delete repeating event option from the system
- Replaced the hourglass icon with a stopwatch icon within interventions
- Removed the 'Quick Add Repeating Event' option - by default it will now load on the 'Detailed Repeating Event' page
- Part 1 of 2 of introducing a Clinical Prioritisation rule within the Autoscheduler
- Moved the 'Double up Visit' tickbox to a new location on the one off visit creation
- We have made the 'GP Practice' field mandatory - if you do not know the GP Practice then there is now a tick box that says "GP Practice Details Unavailable" (WALES)
