If you see the following error message when attempting to log into Civica Scheduling:
This is due to IP Restriction being active on your account. This setting prevents staff from logging in from unauthorised locations.
In order to log in successfully, you will have to instead use a device with an authorised IP address - your line manager should be able to assist you with locating a suitable device. Alternatively, an authorised person can request via Civica Support for your IP address to be added to the permitted list. Additional information on how to do this can be found via the below article:
