Please note: There is now a map module that shows the correct data and location, filtered by the level tabs on top
What is the purpose of this dashboard?
The purpose of this dashboard is to give an overview of the historic Welsh Levels of Care (WLoC) visits up to the previous 12 months, along with which group the visits belong to.
To access the dashboard, click the Analytics menu and select 'Welsh Levels of Care - Historic Data':
Please note: to see the Analytics tab, you must be logged in as an Account Manager.
Selecting 'Welsh Levels of Care - Historic Data' will load the dashboard. Firstly, you can choose either a specific date range to be selected, or a time period from the dropdown. Next, choose either the group(s) to be delayed from the 'Select Group' dropdown box, then click 'Apply Filters':
Once individual groups have been selected, they can later be removed by clicking the 'x' to the right of the group name and then clicking 'apply filters' again:
The Summary Cards section shows an overview of the selected period for the selected team(s), showing the number of patients and visits for each Welsh Level of Care:
Clicking the button in the top right of this section will open a popup providing an explanation of the data these cards are showing:
Please Note: As the historic visits should be assigned a Welsh Level of Care, the 'Pending WLoC' box will not appear for historic data.
The button shows a popup containing details of the different Welsh Levels of Care:
The Staffing Level Trends section allows you to see the number of patients and visits for each Band of staff. It also shows you the average number of daily visits per band for the chosen date range. You can also see average visit length per Band of Staff:
Clicking the Level of Care dropdown in the top right allows you to filter this section to only show data for a specific Welsh Level of Care, or to switch back to show all visits. The filters in the top left allow you to further filter this data:
- 'Columns' allows you to choose which columns to show or hide in the table
- 'Export' will allow you to download a .CSV (spreadsheet file type) file containing the data from this table
- 'Filters' allows you to search the values of the columns:
The 'Number of Visits by Level' section shows a bar chart of the visits over the selected period, which can be broken down by Day, Week or Month depending on the period of data chosen:
You can click the individual Welsh Levels of Care in the legend at the bottom to show or hide each individual bar as desired:
Each coloured line displays the number of visits for a specific Welsh Level of Care. Hovering over one of these lines will show a more detailed breakdown for the relevant time period:
The button in the top right opens a popup which provides some assistance with reading the data provided:
The Average Duration of Visits section displays a line graph showing the average durations for visits of different Welsh Levels of Care over the selected time period:
The radio buttons in the top left allow you to filter the graph to only show a specific Welsh Level of Care:
Alternatively, clicking the individual Welsh Levels of Care in the legend at the bottom allows you to filter out specific Welsh Levels of Care:
Hovering over a data point on the graph opens a popup which shows the specific value(s) for that point:
The button in the top right opens a popup which provides additional assistance with reading this graph:
Please note: You will only see data that pertains to Levels 1-5 within the ‘historical’ WLOC analytics pages on the web app. The data will not be affected by ‘no patient contact’ being included.
