If you are not based in the UK and / or do not use the default +44 prefix for mobile numbers, you can easily change this by going to the "Settings" up in the top right corner of Civica Scheduling. (This requires your role to be 'Account Manager').
Once here, you will see a field titled "Dialing Code" which you will be able to click on and select the relevant dialing code to you.
After you have selected your Dialing Code, you hit save and this will now be updated for you.
Please note that this will not automatically update pre-defined numbers that have +44 added until you update that staff member's profile.
