Contact Civica Scheduling Support or your Implementation Lead to enable this tool on your account. Access to this information is only enabled for users with Account Manager access to Civica Scheduling.
The renumbering tool is used to update episode numbers so that all patient information held in Civica Scheduling matches the PAS data.
Whilst logged into Civica Scheduling go to Settings and click on the Renumbering Episodes Tool tab
Click 'Choose File' to insert your .txt file.
After uploading the txt file, go over to the files tab and download the latest file. If the file you are expecting does not show, we advise to come back here later as it could take some time depending on how much data there is to process.
Within the downloaded Excel file, there will be 3 sheet tabs labelled as:

Migrated = If patient number is in Civica Scheduling, and NHS Number matches, update with the new PA numbers if the patient has been discharged

This will record SR numbers, PA numbers, NHS Number

Unable to Migrate = If patient number is in Civica Scheduling, and NHS Number matches, but the patient has not been discharged OR; If patient number is Civica Scheduling and the NHS Number does not match.

This will record SR numbers, SR NHS Number, PA numbers, PA NHS Number

Not on Civica Scheduling =If the patient number is not on Civica Scheduling
