Civica Scheduling Analytics - Welsh Levels of Care - Today's Data

What is the purpose of this dashboard?

The purpose of this dashboard is to give an overview of the Welsh Levels of Care (WLoC) of visits for the current day along with the number and bands of staff available. It also provides a preview of staffing levels and the Welsh Levels of Care for visits for the coming week.

To access the dashboard, click the Analytics menu and select 'Welsh Levels of Care - Today's Data':

Please note: to see the Analytics tab, you must be logged in as an Account Manager.

Selecting 'Welsh Levels of Care - Today's Data' will load the dashboard, which will show the current date and allow you the option to filter the shown data by either individual groups or a combination of groups as required:

From the 'Select Group' box, you can choose the combination of groups you wish to see data for and clicking 'Apply filters'. Once individual groups have been selected, they can later be removed by clicking the 'x' to the right of the group name and then clicking 'apply filters' again:

The Summary Cards section shows an overview of the day for the selected team/s, showing the number of patients and visits for each Welsh Level of Care:

Any visits for new patients who have not yet been assigned a Welsh Level of Care will show here as 'Pending WLoC':

Clicking on the and buttons will open tooltips which provide further details of what is shown in this section:

The 'Today's Visits' section provides a total of the number of individual visits for the day and the number of individual patients who will be visited. This is then further broken down by Welsh Level of Care:

The Staffing Levels section shows the total number of staff working for the day, which is then broken down further by their NHS band:

The 'This Week' section provides an overview of staffing levels for the coming week, alongside the currently scheduled visits for the week:

This data is shown in the form of a stacked bar chart. The button in the top right displays a help window which explains how to read this style of bar chart:

Hovering over these bars with the mouse cursor will also provide a breakdown of the data shown:

This data can be filtered via the headings above the graphs, allowing you to see the individual bars more clearly. Clicking 'Show Bands Only' will show only the available staff:

Clicking 'Show Levels Only' will only show the upcoming visits:

Please note: You will only see data that pertains to Levels 1-5 within ‘today's’ WLOC analytics pages on the web app. The data will not be affected by ‘no patient contact’ being included.
