Contact Civica Scheduling Support or your Implementation Lead to enable this tool on your account. Access to this information is only enabled for users with Account Manager access to Civica Scheduling.
The renumbering tool is used due to a merge in external Patient Administration Systems so that all patient information held in Civica Scheduling matches the PAS data.
Whilst logged into Civica Scheduling, go to Settings and click on the Renumbering Tool tab
Click 'Choose File' to insert your .txt file.
After uploading the txt file, go over to the files tab and download the latest file. If the file you are expecting does not show, we advise to come back here later as it could take some time depending on how much data there is to process.
Within the downloaded Excel file, there will be 4 sheets labelled as:
- Migrated = this means that the Patient was found in Civica Scheduling and the renumbering was successful
- Unable to Migrate = this means that the Patient was found in Civica Scheduling but it has a different NHS number than the one specified in the .txt file
- Not on Civica Scheduling = this means that a Patient with the specified
SR_HOSPITAL_NUMBERcould not be found in Civica Scheduling
- Unprocessable Rows = When one of the rows in the file does not have an entry for each column header ; or if an unexpected error occurs during the process
