Please ensure Staff Guide for Civica Scheduling – Selenity Integration has been completed before proceeding with this article
Each staff member profile needs to have the Selenity User Name field within Civica Scheduling to match the Username for that user in Selenity (see How Do I Set Up Claimant User on Selenity so the integration works with Civica Scheduling? for more details). To manually add this, you can do so by:
- On Civica Scheduling, search for the staff name and select Edit on the relevant staff profile. Complete the Selenity User Name field.
- If Civica Scheduling is configured to set Expense Item at the User level, the Selenity Expense Item field also needs adding here.
Please Note: If a Selenity name is changed in Selenity - Civica Scheduling app is not updated with the new Selenity name - this will need to be manually updated in Civica Scheduling. From Civica Scheduling app, the staff member is able to submit mileage against existing Selenity name
