As long as Civica Scheduling app is sending all available location information (full address) to the Google Maps interface, and the address you have inputted is correct (no typos etc) the problem will be at the Google end.
It is possible to submit changes to Google, to update the maps.
For businesses, you can submit changes at any time but for residential addresses, the easiest way is to be at the location and submit changes there and then via Google Maps. Click Here for a support article from Google on how to do this.
Please note - there is some mention of taking photos, which we do not advise if it is a patient's home.
If you are at the location, use the zoom to GPS location icon (circle/crosshairs)
and then at the bottom of the screen there is a "contribute"
item that lets you edit relevant info (edit map). If you would like to add a new place, click on
Add place
.

It can also be useful to use https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode to check that the address is recognised and the "see this address on a map" (Separate to Google but they all share common postcode data).
