In order to use the Auto Scheduler, please ensure that you have set it up correctly following this support article as a guide: How Do I Set Up The Auto Scheduler?
To use the Auto Scheduler navigate to Visits > Compact View.
From there, select the Date you want to run the Auto Scheduler for and the Group. Once you are happy with the selected filters press Load.
Please note if a time is selected other than from time or 00:00 the autoschedule button will not be displayed.
An orange button will appear in the top right corner of the screen labelled “Auto Schedule Staff” click this to run the Auto Scheduler.
A pop up message will appear confirming the date you are going to run the schedule for as well as how many events will be affected - click the “Okay” button on the pop up message to continue.
The autoschedule will now start processing and a message will appear when the autoschedule has finished.
