To use the Staff Accepted Services Report, this must first be activated by your Civica Scheduling Admin
The Staff Accepted Services Report will show a list of staff members and which services they have ticked on their profiles. Please be aware that Services may have a different taxonomy on your system and may be referred to as Items and Staff may be referred to as User.
In order to download the report, first select Reports on the Civica Scheduling banner bar at the top of the screen and then select Staff Accepted Services Report. Please be aware that if you have a lot of reports on your account, you may need to zoom out to see this report.
It is then possible to use the a Group Filter in order to filter the report to only show a specific group/team.
Once the group filter has been set, pressing the Generate button will trigger the report to start generating in the background of Civica Scheduling, you are free to carry out any other activities whilst this is taking place. Once the report has been generated, you will receive an email confirmation that the file has been uploaded to your profile, where you can go to download the report.
The report will have the following column headers:
Group: This will show the groups that the staff member is part of
Staff: This will show the staff member that the following check boxes are referring to
Following this the report will show each active service on your account as a column header. In the column of each service an 'X' will represent that the staff listed in the Staff column has this service accepted. If the cell is blank, then this means that the staff member doesn't have this service accepted.
