To use the Access Outside Working Hours Report, this must first be activated by your Civica Scheduling Admin
The Access Outside Work Hours Report will show activities that staff members are carrying out, outside of their usual work hours, as list in their availability.
In order to download the report, first select Reports on the Civica Scheduling banner bar at the top of the screen and then select Access Outside Work Hours Report. Please be aware that if you have a lot of reports on your account, you may need to zoom out to see this report.
It is then possible to input a Start Date and an End Date for the time period that you need to run the report for. The report can also be limited by a Group so that the report will filter out staff members based on the group/team that they belong to.
Once the dates and group filters have been set, pressing the Generate button will trigger the report to start generating in the background of Civica Scheduling, you are free to carry out any other activities whilst this is taking place. Once the report has been generated, you will receive an email confirmation that the file has been uploaded to your profile, where you can go to download the report.
The report will have the following column headers:
When: This is the time that the action took place
Date: This is the date that the action took place
What: This is the details of the action that too place
Staff: This is the name shown on the profile of the staff member that carried out the action
Staff availability: This shows the availability for the staff member
IP Address: This shows the IP address of the computer that carried out the action
