First you will need to enable the feature by going into Settings in the top right corner and clicking on the Account Settings tab.
Scroll down to the Mobile App Settings and tick the setting for Show Patient Practice on Mobile App. Make sure to also hit Save to ensure the system updates the changes.
Now we need to add the details for the Patient's practice. We can do this by going into Patients in the Civica Scheduling banner bar and clicking on View All Patients. Click on the orange Edit button beside the target Patient.
Scroll down to the Doctors Details section and fill in the details. This will show on the staffs mobile device when they view the visit. Make sure to hit Save here too to save the changes.
The staff member can now log in/refresh their mobile app and go to the visit for the Patient. An additional row will be added labelled Patient Details with a blue Show link to drop down the practice details.
