We take a lot of precautions to ensure that your data is both secure and private. IT is our business and we spend a lot of time thinking about these issues and putting them at the core of our activities. In order to protect all your sensitive information, we strongly recommend that you keep all documents internal to the system to ensure the information does not get exposed if sent otherwise.
If you have a screenshot, file, document, spreadsheet etc that you wish to provide to us, we have a tool within Civica Scheduling to keep this safeguarded.
For Account Managers:
When you are logged into Civica Scheduling, you will have access to the Settings feature located in the top right corner. Click onto that button and go to the Files tab.
You should see a Choose File button, this will allow you to search for the file you want to upload to the system. Select your file and add a description. Make sure to hit Upload to Civica Scheduling to save the updates.
For Office Users:
When you are logged into Civica Scheduling, you will need to store files to your profile page. To do this, search for your name in the top right corner in the search bar. Click on View Staff to show your profile page.
Click on to the Files tab. You should see a Choose File button, this will allow you to search for the file you want to upload to the system. Select your file and add a description. Make sure to hit Upload to Civica Scheduling to save the updates.
For Mobile Users:
You will need to ask an Account Manager or Office User to do this on your behalf. They can follow the steps above to upload the files.
If you have uploaded a file for Civica Scheduling Team to have a look into, you will need to email in to scheduling.support@civica.co.uk with the file name, location of file and reason for sending this through to us.
