This report displays all the visits of their patients alongside how many staff members are allocated. The purpose of this report is to allow staff members to view the continuity rate of their visits by their staff members. For example, they might need this to ensure rapport is being built between the staff members and the their patients.

To run this report you will need to go to Reports in the Civica Scheduling banner bar and click on Continuity Report.
Insert the dates you wish the system to pull data from and click on the green Generate button on the right.
Once the Generate button has been clicked, a table will be displayed below showing a list of patients, how many visits they have been assigned for within the time frame and also how many staff members are allocated to that patient.
A blue button will also appear next to the Generate button labelled Download. Clicking this will download a report onto your desktop.
