Please note: there is now a 'has no NHS Number tick box' on all core and custom reports
The purpose of this report is to provide information regarding each repeating event on the system. In addition to this, it shows which events have default staff assigned and who those default staff members are.
Useful for:
- Service Team Leads
- Caseload Holders
- Staff assigned as a Default Staff member
In order to access the default staff, first we must select Reports on the Civica Scheduling banner bar and then click Default Staff Report from the list.
Once loaded, you will be presented with the report generation page. Here we can select which group we would like to filter by (if needed). Once an option has been selected from the Filter by Patient Group menu, we press the generate button. This will trigger a notification at the top of Civica Scheduling, informing us that the report will be generated and an email notification will be sent out, once this has been completed. Keep in mind, that this can take a while, depending on the amount of data the system is having to filter through for the report to be created.
The notification will be sent out from noreply@malinkoapp.com, so ensure that this email is not filtered by your spam filter. The email itself will look as below and will contain a link back to the Civica Scheduling profile that pressed the generate button. We can click the link or proceed to the files tab on the Civica Scheduling profile.
Once the notification has been received and we have gone to the files section of our Civica Scheduling profile, we can see the file that was created labelled "default_user_report" followed by the date and time that the report was generated. Press the blue Download button in order to download and access the file.
We also have the option to Delete the file once we have finished with the report if needed.
Once the report has been downloaded, we can use our usual spreadsheet software in order to interact with and manipulate the data that has been presented.
