(Formally known as Call Monitoring Report)
The purpose of this report is to show all visits and corresponding activity that have taken place over the time span of your choice. This report displays the service user who was being visited, what service was being provided, which staff member provided the service and their time and date of arrival and departure.

(Please speak to your Implementation Lead if you would like this data exported to your Data Warehouse)
To run this report, go to Reports and click on Visit Activity Report.
Input the desired Start Date and End Date. You also have the option to filter your report by Groups. Next, click on Generate to search for the data.
Once the report has been run, a blue notice message will pop up within the dashboard to notify your report has been sent to a linked email.
An email will be sent as soon as the report has been run. A link will be attached within the email which will allow you to view your report.
The link will take you back to the Civica Scheduling system and have opened the profile of the person logged in. The Files tab is where the report will be placed.
Click on the Download button to open the file which will open a spreadsheet of all Visit Activity data between the set dates.
Troubleshooting:
If the Check In/Out column displays "GPS Unavailable", this would be due to it happening when a user checks into an event on the mobile app and their phone is not able to get GPS information. GPS operates independently of data/signal so it will be an issue with the device retrieving the GPS data.
