The purpose of the Availability Capacity Report is to get an understanding of all the staff availability within a set time frame. This can help to inform required staffing levels or rostering forecasting.

To run this feature go to Reports in the Civica Scheduling banner bar and click on Availability Capacity Report.
Before downloading the report, you can make adjustments for the report to be shown between a certain time frame. This is done by adding a Start Date and End Date. You can also filter this report by the staff group by using the Filter by Staff Group dropdown.
In the top right hand corner, there is a blue View Availabilities button that will take you to the Staff's Availability page (Staff > Staff's Availability)
The View button will display the contents in a table just below the filter options. There are two versions of viewing this. The Summary Availability Report shows the content by groups and the Daily Availability Report sorts the content by day, beginning with the Start Date that was inputted in the filter options.
The Generate button will send an email to open up the report in a spreadsheet. A link will be attached within the email which will allow you to view your report.
The link will take you back to the Civica Scheduling system and have opened the profile of the person logged in. The Files tab is where the report will be placed.
Click on the Download button to open the file which will open a spreadsheet of the Availability Capacity Report.
