The purpose of this report is to display all the visits that the Civica Scheduling system considers as missed - those not checked in or not allocated. This feature enables staff to review historical data and service performance using the Civica Scheduling system.

To access this report, go to Reports in the Civica Scheduling banner bar, and click on Missed Visit Report.
Before downloading the report, you can make adjustments for the report to be shown between a certain time frame. This is done by adding a Start Date and End Date. You can also filter this report by groups, by using the Filter by Patient Group dropdown.
Click on the Generate button to run the report. This will send a link to your email which will allow you to view your report.
The link will take you back to the Civica Scheduling system and have opened the profile of the staff member logged in. The Files tab is where the report will be placed.
Click on the Download button to open the file which will open a spreadsheet of the Missed Visit Report.
