The purpose of this report is to allow staff members to visualise how many miles are being travelled between each visit by postcode. The appointments are sorted by check in time, cancelled appointments will not show. Appointments that don't have a check in but are not cancelled will show at the end of the list for the staff member. This allows staff to have a list of postcodes that they have done per day in the order they actually did them (rather than in planned order).
You can use this information to populate their local mileage claim forms (If you use E-Sel expenses, please speak to your Implementation Lead) This is also useful for Managers/Team Leads to view total mileage and travel costs over the service
Useful For:
- Service Managers
- Service Team Leads
- Individual Staff Members

There are multiple Field Names and Tabs that will be included within the spreadsheet once it has been opened.
