The Silent Alert feature is used when a staff member is in danger whilst on a visit.
The Silent Alert button is triggered from the homepage of the mobile app and is placed above the dashboard button.
When the button is double tapped, it will change from red to black.
This will send out a Silent Alert in the form of a red banner notification to anyone who is using the Civica Scheduling browser at the office. An On Call Email and On Call Telephone contact will also be notified as long as they are set in the relevant account settings.
