Sometimes if someone else has logged in on your computer or you've been logged out for some reason on one tab, it will automatically sign you out of the other tabs too. However, this can be confusing as it is not obvious on the other tabs until you try to do something.
If this happens, just close all the tabs except one, refresh that single tab and then log back in again.
