How Do I Bulk Assign Groups To Staff/Patients?

This article will show you how to bulk assign groups to staff members and Patients.

Please follow the steps below:

1) Go to Settings

2) Click on the Groups tab

3) Find the specific group

4) Over on the right-hand side, click on the orange Edit button 

5) If you are assigning staff members then click on the Assigned Staff tab. If you are assigning Patient then click on the Assigned Patients  tab.

6) Tick the boxes next to the staff or Patients you want to assign to this group

7) Click the green Save button

To see which staff members or Patients are assigned to the groups, please see the screenshot below: 

This is an example showing the Patients currently assigned to this group. If you want to see the staff members then you would click on the View Staff button to the right of this.
