As long as you have call monitoring switched on for your account, you will be able to make create forms/surveys. Once you have created some services with forms/surveys you will be able to edit the responses.
To edit them, go to Settings -> Services -> Edit
From here you can change the name of the service, tolerance, the sort order of each question and also edit surveys.
To archive a survey, click on the "Archive" button.
If a survey question has been archived, you can also unarchive if you need it back. To do this click the "Unarchive" button.
Please note: For the 'dropdown' answer type, any existing surveys which have been created will store a copy of the answers available from the dropdown at the time they were created. If you edit the answers available from the dropdown in the future, this will not be reflected in the options available for any previously answered survey - they will only allow the answers available at the time the survey was initially created.
For example: A dropdown is created with the answers:
If in the future this is changed to remove the answer "Maybe", this change will only show for any surveys completed after this point. Any previously completed surveys which are edited after this point will continue to show the three answers available at the time they were created.
