Civica Scheduling allows your staff the ability to call your Call Duty Manger from a Mobile device.
To use this functionality click the dashboard button in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
The screen below will appear. If you click the Call Duty Manager Button the app will instruct the device to call the appropriate manager.
To configure the Call Duty Manager Number you must have account manager access to the web admin console.
If you have the correct access click the button in the top right-hand corner.
Navigate to the section.
The Call Duty Manager number is configured in 'The Public telephone number for your people rota printouts' setting. Please add the relevant number in this section.
