You can see a series of options written as a sentence. This view is good for when you have a visit that is at the same time and lasts the same length every day.

The options are:
- Number of staff - This is how many staff will be attending this visit for example 1 staff member or a a double up
- Staff name - this is the default person and will be the person chosen when you press the allocate carers button shown on the Visits Week View and Service Users Week Planner as long as they are not busy doing another visit and they haven't marked this as a time they are unavailable for work.
- Select Service - this is what they are doing.
- Site address - If the Service User has multiple sites, this option will allow you to select the relevant one for this type of visit
- For - this is the Service User name
- Starting at row - allows you to select the time and duration. You can also choose for the visit to last all day - this will add the visits without specifying a time.
- Occurring every - You can choose how many times a week the visit occurs.
- Enterprise only: Visit Team - if you're using the Filter Events by Groups enterprise feature, this will allow you to define which group the visit you're creating should be in. This field will automatically default to a group in the following priority order:
1. Active episode of care's consultant code's group
2. User's 'Acts as Group' if no group for 1.
3. Patient's group (only if the Patient has one group) and there are no groups present in 1. or 2.
If there are no groups for any of the above, then this field - Charges - If you have financials enabled, this option will allow you to set which charge rate should be applied for this visit.
