Civica Scheduling can show you why a visit hasn't been allocated. This can be seen in the compact view. Firstly, you will need to switch this setting on by going to Settings -> Account Setting ->and tick "Show why a default user cannot be allocated."
Compact View
If a visit can be allocated successfully to a default staff member, then the icon of the person should be green. You can put your cursor over the man to see the reason.
If there will be a problem with the default staff, the visit, the icon will be highlighted in orange.
If no defaults have been set, then the icon will be highlighted in red.
Week View
We use the same colour coding on the weekview. As expected, the little icon shows with each visit card. Here's an example of a double up visit where one staff member will correctly allocate (green icon) and another has a problem (orange icon):
