If you are using a version of Internet Explorer older than IE11, then you will not be able to log into Civica Scheduling.
Support ended 1/12/16 for Internet Explorer (IE) 10 and older. Security updates, compatibility fixes, and technical support continues for IE 11 on Windows 7, 8.1, and 10:

We recommend Chrome for the best experience using Civica Scheduling, although Firefox, IE11 and Edge are also supported.
