Civica Scheduling has a number of methods to demonstrate proof of arrival mobile apps and proof of arrival. It is ready to use straight away, but some parts are optional. The following links will help you through the process.
Proof of Arrival - Using the Mobile App
- First you need to make sure your mobile/non-office staff have email addresses and their passwords set
- Your staff can then install the app on their Android or iPhone mobile phones
- They then use the app to view their rotas and check-in and out of visits
Proof of Arrival - Extra check
- GPS is automatically sent when using the mobile app
- We have an option service of Text message/SMS check in/out for staff for staff that do not have smartphones (Guide for staff using SMS check in/out)
- For use with texting or for extra proof we have dongles/keyfobs
Live Status Board & Alerts
- The check-in/out is available to view when you load the visit in Civica Scheduling
- Their is an optional Live status board if you want live updating of what’s happening
- If you want to be alerted when staff are late you can set up tolerances so we know when to let you know
- You can set which manager gets call monitoring alerts so you get emails when you’re away from the live status board
Monitoring Checking / Reports
- In addition to the Live status board you can see locations of staff on maps
- You can download a full report from Reports-> Call Monitoring Report
Cancelled Visits
- Cancelled visits will not appear on the mobile app even if a staff member is assigned to a visit
