Logging in to Civica Scheduling
Load your web browser (we recommend Google Chrome)
Using tabs.
You can have different pages in Civica Scheduling open at the same time in multiple tabs. Opening different pages in their own tabs is a quick and easy way of getting more than one job done at a time. You can then switch between these pages within your browser. The two easiest ways of opening up the page are these:
- Hovering over the page you want to open and pressing the scroll wheel on your mouse down exactly the same way you would with the left and right click.
- The second way you can do it is by right clicking on the page you want to open and then clicking on the “open in new tab” option which will appear
Civica Scheduling has a single powerful search bar which searches all parts of Civica Scheduling at one. Learn more about this in our article How do I use the search function?.
Account settings
You find your account settings in the top right hand corner.

Staff
The next stage is to add your staff to the system. Please see Quick reference - Managing staff to guide you through this.
Patients
The next stage is to add your patients. Please see Quick reference - Managing patients to guide you through this.
Adding visits
Once your patient is set up you can start setting up visits. Please see Quick reference - Managing visits
Mobile App
Your staff can download the Civica Scheduling App for their phone for free. The app provides them with their visit lists and enables them to check in/out of a visit. Please see Getting Started with mobile app, proof of arrival and call monitoring for more details.
