If when clicking delete or expire button on Civica Scheduling and a pop-up box does not show asking you to confirm your expiry/deletion, then what you are attempting to expire/delete will not do so.
This is because the browser has been prevented from creating the popups.
To fix this please close down and restart your browser. If that doesn't work, then you may need to reset your Chrome browser settings. You can do this by following this link: Chrome browser settings
To prevent this from happening in the future, when prompted to prevent the browser from creating additional dialogs, do not click the checkbox
