To do this, you will first need to find the archived Patient on Civica Scheduling, either by searching for their name using the Civica Scheduling Search in the top right or by finding them through 'View All Patients'.
- After clicking on to the Patient's profile, you will need to go to the "Archive" tab.
- Once here, you will then see a green "Unarchive" button. Clicking this will then reinstate that Patient.
Please be aware that unarchiving this Patient will NOT reinstate any repeating events due to archiving, they will need to be recreated manually and it will remove your archive reason.
