Please note - You need to have Account Manager user permission role to be able to make these updates.
You have the option of setting the check-in/check-out times manually, or you can override the information to correct mistakes or add missed arrivals/departures.
Adding / Updating check-in's from the Live Status Board
The fastest way to update the times is from the live status board for today's visits.
- Load up the Live Status Board ( Visits -> Live Status Board )
- Click in the gap where the check-in would appear
- You will now get a prompt to set the time (see image below)
- You can enter a reason also
- Set the time manually and press Save
- The check-in or out time will now be updated, but will show a computer screen to indicate it was set manually (see image below)
Adding / Updating old check-in's
If you want to update a historic visit or appointment, find that visit via the Patient or the compact view, and under Attendances, click in the "check in" or "check out" box. See image below.
Upon manually updating the check in and check out times, it will update the icon to show a computer as this was how the device it was updated with.
