The quickest way to uncancel a visit is to select to ‘Visits’ and click on ‘Compact View’. This will show the Compact view and present you with several filter options.
Once you have selected the relevant filter options and loaded up the time period for the visit that you wish to uncancel, you should see your cancelled visit with a black background and white text. From here there are a couple of options depending on if you want to uncancel a single visit or multiple visits.
Uncancel a single visit
For a single visit you can press the green ‘Uncancel’ button, which is found on the left hand side of the relevant cancelled visit.
Once you have clicked the button another window will popup to confirm the uncancel. Ensure that you are happy with uncancelling this visit by ticking the checkbox and pressing the green ‘Uncancel Visit for selected Service Users’.
Uncancel Multiple Visits
If you have multiple visits that you want to uncancel, then we change the drop-down menu from ‘Cancel’ to ‘Uncancel’. We then tick the checked boxes on the left of the visits that we wish to uncancel. This will change the visits from a black background with white text to a light blue background with black text. Finally with press the green ‘Bulk Uncancel’ button.
This will present a small confirmation pop-up. Ensure that you are happy to uncancel the events and press the blue ‘Ok’ button.
You have successfully uncancelled your visits. Now you must ensure that these visits are allocated in the way that you normally would.
