Check in/out via Text Message (SMS)

In order to check in / out via text message you will first need to press the button on the front of the provided dongle/fob (pictured below) to receive 6 digit numeric code. 

Once you have the code, you will then need to text it to the number specified above to check in and then repeat this process to check out.

The code is valid for 60 seconds, with every 10 seconds identified by a small marker on the left-hand side of the Dongle screen. The code will need to be inputted and sent within the 60 seconds timeframe.

You will not receive a message after sending your code if the check in/out has been successful. You will only receive a message if the check in/out has been unsuccessful. 

In order to successfully check in or out of a visit, the check in/out time needs to be within an hour of the booked in time.
