Archiving a service is useful so it will hide the service from the general view, but you still see its information in reports and exports. Please note, this does not actually delete the service, but marks them as archived.
If you want to remove a service or item from Civica Scheduling this requires you to be an account manager.
1a. Click on Settings. Then the Services tab, and click on the name of the service you wish to archive.
1b. On the Services detail page scroll down and tick Tick to archive service, press the red Archive this Service button, and then confirm the pop up which will appear on the browser.
1c. When you view your lists of Services in Settings, you will still see it, but it will be separated from Active Services into an Archived Services section.
1d. To unarchive the service, select the service you want and Tick to unarchive service checkbox, then click on the green Unarchive this Service button, and then confirm the pop up which will appear on the browser.
1e. The service will now appear back in the Active Services section.
