What is the cache for?
Browser cache is a way that your web browser stores temporary files (HTML Pages, Images...etc.) from websites, this reduces the loading times of each webpage you visit.
Issues caused by the cache.
The cache may cause you issues when using Civica Scheduling, this is because web browsers are sometimes lazy and may take a copy of the site therefore when the website updates you will still have an older version and cause errors.
The biggest problems tend to be related to displaying Civica Scheduling properly; older files caught by your browsers cache may just make Civica Scheduling look weird but general problems can easily be fixed too.

N.B: If you are still having issues, please try an alternative web browser - we recommend Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer or Opera.
