There are two ways of reducing the amount shown in the Week View:
1. Collapse rows using the button shown under each staff member. This makes it much easier to drag visits from two staff members that are not normally next to each other.
Also, once you have done this, a small pop up shows in the bottom right hand corner displaying which employees have been hidden. You can then choose to show them again by clicking their name.
You can then choose to show all rows again by selecting the "Show All Rows" button, towards the top right hand side, just below the search bar.
The same function can be used on the week view with all your staff on the left hand side and the Patient week planner, with all your service users down the right hand side.
You also have options in Settings -> Account Settings called:
- "Hide people if no visits (keeps the day and week view more compact)."
- "Hide Patients if no visits (keeps the Patient week planner more compact)."
Ticking these options will automatically hide any staff or Patients that do not have any booked visits assigned to them, this is a way of keeping the Staff Week View and the Patient Week Planner more compact.
2. You can assign your staff or Patient to a group (see this article about how to use groups) and choose to only show one group using the menu shown next to the date.
