In order to add notes via a mobile device, there are a number of prerequisites:
- Have this feature enabled on your account - please contact us, if this has not been activated on your account.
- The visit your staff member is doing must require notes to be completed. Once this feature has been activated on your account, you must create a new service that requires notes or further information to be completed.
- To create a new service you go to Settings -> Services -> Add New Service. When you create a new service you must ask at least one question.
- Create a new visit for one of your patients, using this newly created service.
To add notes to a visit, when you complete the visit on the phone, click on the visit -> Results (bottom right). It will then ask you to complete the questions you entered when creating the service.
By using a range of different services you can ask a range of different types of questions for different visits that your staff complete.
