The Incompatibilities feature can be found on a Patient's profile and is an easy way for you to state which staff members you don't want to be allocate to jobs for this Patient.
For example, if a Patient did not want a certain staff member(s) to visit again you would put that staff member on the incompatibilities list so they will be hidden from being allocated to that Patient again.
You can add a staff member to this list by going to a Patient's profile and clicking on "Incompatibilities", this tab will show any current staff members that have been set to be incompatible and the reason for this, to add a staff member to this list you will need to click on "New Incompatibility" and select the staff member that needs to be added, a reason must be added to be able to save this as to not cause future confusion.
Once a staff member has been added to a Patient's incompatibilities it will hide that staff member from being allocated on future jobs for this Patient. (You can always show the incompatible staff members when going to add a job by clicking on "Show Incompatible" when on the allocate staff members screen.
