The Live Status Board is a view which works with the mobile app. The purpose of this board is to show you where and when staff have checked in/out to their visits via the mobile app, and if they checked in/out late or have not checked in at all.
You can see it from the Visits -> Live Status Board menu. (You need to have call monitoring live on your account to use this)
This page will automatically update itself every couple of minutes so you can just leave it open on another screen or in another window and check it as often as you'd like without having to hit the refresh button.
This page is designed to look much like the compact view and show as much information as you should need, it will list all the visits for the current day starting from earliest in ascending order, if the staff member is late to check in or check out it will highlight their time in orange, if the staff member does not check in/out at all it will highlight the job as red and finally if they have checked in/out on time it will highlight the job as green. You can set your acceptable thresholds on early/late visits.
You can select a specific date and range and filter the information in the same way you can on the compact view.
You can click on the little notepad icon next to each visit in order to see notes from that visit.
Please note:
- Completed visits are automatically placed in a new list at the bottom.
- Cancelled visits are not displayed.
- You can Manually set or override the check-in/out
- Visits are ordered based on event start time, followed by event end time.
You can also access a Report for check-in and check-out times you can use Reports -> Visit Activity Report
You will be able to find it in Visits under the Compact View option. If you cannot find this view on your account and you are intending to use the mobile app for checking in/out, you may need to contact us on 0161 8500111 or via email so we can enable this for your account.
