You can add custom training courses to Civica Scheduling in just a few easy steps,
First, you will need to click "Settings" up in the top right corner of your page (next to "log out") If you do not see the settings option you may need to contact someone with the role of "account manager" to do this for you; once you are on the settings page you will see a tab called "Training Types", clicking on that will take you to a page which will list all current training courses on your Civica Scheduling account
To add a custom one you will need to click in the text box and put in the name of the new training course. Then click on the green "Add Training Type" button which will save the training course.
Once you have done this, you will be able to find that the training course has been added to the staff profile page under the "Training" tab.


If you want to edit the name of a training type please see the steps below:
- Go to "Settings"
- Navigate to "Training Types"
- If you have a training type added then you should see an orange button called "Edit" over on the right-hand side
- Click "Edit"
- Change the name and click "Save"
- You will get a warning to confirm you are updating the course
- If you confirm this then it will successfully change the name of the course
