If you have strong security on your PC or computer network, you may have to white-list Civica Scheduling so you do not get any warning or error messages, or if you cannot see the blue "Support" button.

If the blue "Support" button in the bottom right corner still does not appear, this may be due to your anti-virus, especially Avast.
Plugins for browsers can cause issues with things such as the help icon, we recommend you try viewing the site in 'Incognito mode' because in this mode, plugins are usually disabled.
If you use Firefox, you can see every domain by logging into Civica Scheduling, Tools -> Web Developer -> Network, and then reloading the page. The Domain column will give you everything you need.
Although not required, we also use services to help us understand usage of the software, and use:
