The jobsheets are basically weekly calendars automatically created by Civica Scheduling for each of your staff members which will show them their upcoming visits for the week.
You can download the jobsheets by going to "Carers" at the top of Civica Scheduling (This may be called "Staff" or "People" depending on your account.) and clicking on "Job sheets"
Once on this page, click 'Load' to show all staff members, this will give you a page that will list all of the staff members which you can now click on them to select them.
Once you have selected the desired staff, you will be able to click the blue 'download' button to receive a PDF of the staff members jobsheets.
You can also change the format of the jobsheets which will give you the ability to download the jobsheets in different layouts and also to be able to directly send the jobsheets to the staff members email address.
You can also get the staff members jobsheets through the 'Week view' by clicking the red PDF symbol under the staff members name.
There is also the grey clipboard icon next to this which will give you a jobsheet for each visit that can be used to collect a signature from a Patient.
You can then print out the jobsheets once you have opened it.
Please note - If a visit spans passed a jobsheet period then it will just total up the number of hours shown
e.g. Visit 1 starts at 22:00 on 31st January and finishes at 08:00 on 1st February
Visit 2 starts at 22:00 on 7th February and finishes at 08:00 on 8th February
If you run off jobsheets for the period 1st February - 7th February then:
- visit 1 would show 8 hours on 1st February (ie 00:00 - 08:00)
- visit 2 would show 2 hours on 7th February (ie 22:00 - 00:00)
Please note - this is a different way from calculating time on the payroll or total hours report, which calculates the number of hours from the period in which the visit started - see Troubleshooting payroll
Any annual leave that has been added will also show on the jobsheet, so long as the option "Show Staff Leave on a Jobsheet." has been enabled under the Account Settings.
