Firstly, you should go to the banner towards the top of the page and place your mouse on ‘Patients’.
When the menu list appears, click on ‘Add New Patient’.
You will now be on the ‘New Patient’ page. Here you enter your all the relevant patient' information into the fields provided.
On the right hand side of the page, in the “Other Information” section you will see your custom fields; enter your custom information into these too.
If you do not have any custom fields, you can contact us if you would like some – these are useful for storing a wide range of different types of information. We also have the ability to make some of these custom fields mandatory.
Once you have entered the patients' information, simply click the green save button located on the bottom right hand side of the page.
You will now be displayed with a green notification stating “Patient Added”, this means your patient has been successfully saved on Civica Scheduling.
Repeat this process to add the rest of your patient.
If you're using multi-sites, and the patient only has one site, updating the group of the patient will also update the group of the site.
