Issues can either be updated or resolved. You can have multiple issues that relate to a single Patient or site. To update an issue, follow these steps:
1. When you are viewing the Patient record page you will see the outstanding issues that relate to that Patient listed.
2. Click on ‘[update]’ next to the date of the issue and then enter an extra information in the box entitled problem that opens up.
3. If this issue is being resolved, please enter the information in the box entitled ‘resolution’
If you do not click on update, and just enter text into the box entitled ‘Problem’ then this will create a new problem/issue for that site or Patient.
