You can set contracted hours by going to the staff/carers profile and clicking on "Edit Staff" half way down on the left you will see an area called "Contracted Hours (per week)" You would then type in the desired amount of hours you want this staff member to be contracted such as '37' and then scroll down and click "Save Staff".
If a staff member has their contracted hours set, then on the allocate screen/week view where it shows the hours you've worked this week it will indicate you're contracted hours e.g. 8/37 (worked 8 hours, contracted for 37)
This is a good way to keep track of how many hours a staff member wants/is contracted per week which can help with deciding where and when they should be allocated to certain jobs/visits.
Please be aware that if you cancel a job and set it as "Staff not paid" then the weekly total hours will NOT include the cancelled visit but if you cancel a visit and say the staff are being paid, then it will include that in the hours indicated.
